Appointment Types and Payment Information

Treatment typically begins with an initial evaluation appointment which is typically scheduled for 40 minutes. 

Ongoing therapy appointments typically take place weekly for 40 minutes. Longer 55 minute appointments are recommended for Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT for PTSD). The length and frequency of appointments will be agreed upon according to client needs. 

The full price for services is as follows:

Evaluation appointment: $210

40 minute therapy appointment: $140 (typical weekly therapy appointment)

55 minute therapy appointment: $190 (CPT, other special needs)

Medical insurance may cover some or all of the costs associated with your treatment.

Payment is due at each appointment. If you are utilizing your insurance, your payment may consist of a co-pay, deductible, or other relevant amount that we can verify for you. If you would like to find out for yourself how much your therapy might cost, you can contact the telephone number on your insurance card and ask about your coverage for outpatient therapy using telehealth. 

Landmark Psychology accepts all payments via credit/debit cards (American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, MasterCard, Visa). This includes flexible saving account (FSA) cards and health savings account (HSA) cards.

If you choose, your card information can be kept securely on file for convenient processing at any appointment you would like to apply it to.
